Operations Executive


Royal Nursing Home (Pvt) Ltd. was established on 2007, in the past 19 years, with the trust and the excellent service provided to our clients both local and foreign we have developed into Sri Lanka's pioneer and premier nursing service provider with over 1200 staff members. We provide home nursing services, nursing home facilities, industrial nursing services, an 24 hours Ambulance service and we are also an importer of medical equipment.


Looking for a Operations Executive at a Royal Nursing Home in Home Nursing Division. Minimum 2 years experience in a Customer care, excellent command in English.


Age between 30-40 years A bachelor's degree in human resources or labor relations or organizational development, business or related area.


The following are the key job roles carried out by a Operations Executive


• recruiting, training and supervising staff

• promoting and marketing the business

• handling customer enquiries and complaints

• greeting and advising customers problem solving

• preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports

• keeping statistical and financial records

• assessing and improving profitability

• setting targets


Working hours Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.00 pm) and Saturdays (8.30 am to 2 00 pm.)


What we offer


Basic Salary plus allowance Rs.100,000 Negotiable according to qualifications and Experience, permanent employment with annual salary increment.
