Key Responsibilities:


? Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and data entry

? Handle invoices, payments, and supplier statements

? Assist with bank reconciliations and daily cash records

? Prepare basic financial reports and support monthly closing

? Maintain organized filing of financial documents

? Coordinate with operations and sales teams regarding payments and billing


Requirements:


? Part qualification in AAT / Accounting or similar field

? Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role

? Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping

? Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

? Strong attention to detail and accuracy
