Are you an experienced hospitality professional ready to lead a busy café or restaurant? Tasty Caterers is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee high-volume operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Position: Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily operations of busy café/restaurant environments
Lead, train, and motivate service & kitchen teams to maintain high performance
Handle peak-hour crowd management efficiently
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house staff
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
Control inventory, food cost, wastage
Prepare staff rosters and manage attendance
Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve complaints professionally
Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety & company policies
Handle POS systems, daily reports
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years experience in a Manager / Assistant Manager role in café or restaurant
Proven experience handling high-volume operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and during weekends/holidays
Good knowledge of restaurant systems & reporting
