Welcome to Rajadhani— a community created to connect Sri Lankans locally and globally. These Community Standards are here to ensure that everyone can participate in a safe, respectful, and positive environment.
By using our platform, you agree to follow these guidelines.
1. Respect Others
▪️Treat all users with dignity and respect.
▪️Do not engage in hate speech, personal attacks, harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, or political views.
▪️Do not incite violence or promote harm.
2. Keep It Safe
▪️Do not post or share content that includes:
▫️Threats of violence or harm
▫️Promotion of terrorism or extremist views
▫️Suicide or self-harm encouragement
▫️Child exploitation or abuse
▪️Do not impersonate others or create fake identities to deceive or mislead.
3. Share Responsibly
▪️Do not share false information, fake news, or misleading content.
▪️Do not spread rumours or defame individuals, businesses, or communities.
▪️Verify sources before sharing political, health, or emergency-related content.
4. No Inappropriate Content
▪️Do not post pornography, sexually explicit material, or content that is sexually suggestive or exploitative.
▪️Nudity and sexual content are strictly prohibited, even if intended as art or protest.
5. Respect Privacy
▪️Do not share personal or confidential information (like phone numbers, home addresses, ID numbers) without consent.
▪️Respect other people’s right to privacy and consent when tagging, mentioning, or sharing photos/videos.
6. No Spam or Misuse
▪️Do not post repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content in a spam-like manner.
▪️Avoid using the platform for phishing, scams, or fraudulent activity.
▪️Do not artificially inflate popularity or engagement (likes, follows, shares) through fake accounts or automation.
7. Protect Intellectual Property
▪️Only share content that you own or have permission to use.
▪️Do not post pirated media, copyrighted materials, or plagiarized text without authorization.
8. Use in Good Faith
▪️This platform is intended to uplift, connect, and empower Sri Lankans.
▪️Do not misuse the platform for political manipulation, organized misinformation campaigns, or destabilization efforts.
9. Civic and Cultural Respect
▪️Respect the cultural and religious diversity of Sri Lanka and Sri Lankans worldwide.
▪️Do not insult or mock national symbols, traditions, or heritage.
10. Reporting and Enforcement
▪️If you see something that violates these standards, report it.
▪️We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.
▪️Serious violations may result in permanent suspension or legal action.
