Cocos Polhena Luxury Boutique Hotel is looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Receptionist to join our team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Good knowledge of spoken and written English
Experience in handling Booking.com and other online booking platforms
Ability to manage social media inquiries and messages
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position will be an advantage
Salary:
LKR 55,000 – 60,000 (based on experience and skills)
Location: Polhena,Matara
