We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team at GOOD SPA in Weligama.


Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (must)

• Experience working with foreigners / tourists

• Experience in hospitality, cashier, waiter, or front-desk roles

• Must live in or near Weligama

• Friendly, responsible, well-organized, and calm under pressure


Main duties:

• Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service

• Handling reservations (phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins)

• Coordinating daily schedules with therapists

• Managing payments (cash & card)

• Keeping reception area clean and organized

• Supporting overall spa operations
