Qualifications

- Diploma in Nursing or NVQ Level 4 or Above

- Field experience at least 2 years


Responsibilities

- Taking and accurately recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate.

- Working closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care

- Helping patients with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming), toileting, dressing, and eating.

- Maintaining accurate patient records, documenting care activities, and reporting any changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing team.

- Assisting patients with walking, turning, repositioning, and transferring between beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.
