Villa Black Boulder is a peaceful luxury villa offering guests a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. We are seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Villa Caretaker to oversee daily operations and ensure that every guest enjoys a warm and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
Maintain the villa to a high standard — clean, organised, and always guest-ready.
Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and general upkeep of the property.
Prepare simple, high-quality meals for guests when requested.
Handle minor maintenance tasks or coordinate with service providers.
Keep track of household supplies and restock when needed.
Communicate effectively with guests and villa management.
Help promote guest satisfaction by encouraging positive reviews and suggesting improvements to enhance bookings and experiences.

Requirements:
Experience in hospitality, hotel, guesthouse, or villa management.
Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
Ability to prepare basic Sri Lankan and international meals.
Good communication skills in English and local languages.
Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.
Flexible to accommodate guest schedules.
Basic knowledge of maintenance/handyman skills is an advantage.
